  • What is the return policy?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    All orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your order on busines day 11, please reach out to us by using the Contact page. We will follow up to confirm and advise you of any delays or issues with your order.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
    Please look to confirm if your order is using unisex, ladies, or men's sizing. Most items fit true to size. Size up for a looser fit. Please send a message through our Chat or Contact Page, if you have any questions regarding sizing and we will work to confirm the correct size for you.
  • May I request a custom design?
    Yes, we create custom designs! Please submit your request using the Services Page and we will follow up with you promptly to fulfill your request.
